How To Enroll In The Suzuki Method
"STARTUP" Program

After reading the Suzuki Method STARTUP Program page, do the following to register for the service:

1. Complete and then send the online registration form, below. Although the form allows you to enter a great deal of information, you need only complete those blanks that are required, indicated by an asterisk (*).

2. Sending this, begins the registration process. After we review the information you send, we will send an emailed confirmation with enclosed key to access introductory STARTUP online material.

3. When you receive an e-mail message from us, confirming receipt of your registration form, you then need to send payment by check or money order, in the amount of $29.95 and made payable to Suzuki Music Academy (in U.S. dollars only) to:

We begin processing the information you send when your application is accepted. When we receive payment, Suzuki teacher contact information can be sent to you. To avoid delay, send your payment as soon as you receive emailed confirmation that we have accepted your registration form.
